Beta heart® is a powdered drink mix based on OatWellTM, a source of oat beta-glucan.
* Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease. Beta-glucans help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

How to use
Shake the contents of the container well before each use. Mix 1 or 2 measuring spoons of Beta heart® with water, fruit juice, or add it to your favorite Formula 1 shake once a day. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan.
